Q1) How do I order ?

You can place and order with 2 alternatives.Directly in Web-site : Please use the "Add to order" links in the product category page. By E-mail or Fax.

Ordering Choices

1. Shopping Cart - enter quantity you want and click 'Buy' or 'Add to Order' button to add the item to shopping cart.

2. Email - Please list product item and quantity of each item and email to info@uncle-tong.com .Our representative will contact you shortly.

Q2) What is the minimum order value ?
Minimum order is not required.

Q3) How about the Volume Discount Rates ?
We give the following discounts for volume orders:

Orders over US$ 50 - 5%
Orders over US$ 75 - 7%
Orders over US$ 100 - 10%
Orders over US$ 150 - 15%
Orders over US$ 200 UP - 20%

The discount will be automatically deducted from your product total when you go to the checkout. Please note that in cases where more than one discount rate applies to a product, only the higher of the two discount rates will be applied.

Q4) Do the product in Web-site can be decorated in special or exclusive design ? Yes, We have our own factory,expert designers, and skill workmanhip. Therefore,customer's special and exclusive designs are welcome.

Q5) What type of Uncle Tong product price? All price in our website is for Retail Prices , if would like to get a wholesale price,please mail us at info@uncle-tong.com

For Wholesale Prices, Our price would be the F.O.B (Bangkok) price, once the amount of product cost that you submitted the order is more than US$ 1000 .

Q6) When will my order be sent ? When we received the new order, we will check your order detail, update you the order status and the expected ship date. And when order is finished packing and payment is completed charged, order will be shipped out.

Note: Lead time may depend on varieties of products in the same order, quantities and seasonal.
